Yep, it can be a chilling and daunting task, how do you take a bit of material and cover the back front and sides of your household berzerker?
Well.. if you are a viking, you grab together a few friends who have the same question and problem, and you borrow this really neat room at the local High School that has lots of tables and lots of electrical outlets. and you have all of your friends bring their sewing machine and projects and extra materials.. and you sew tunics!!

at the Tayes Valley High School in Ashville, Ohio.
Bring the portable sewing machine,
material (dont forget scissors, thread and trims!)
It's
a show and tell for our viking members to get the public interested in
some of what we do as living history re-enactors and players~
it
also gives us a really good excuse to play with our friends and talk
and share and talk some more and eat and talk and hug and pillage and
raid the local pub. :D
did I mention that there would be vikings??
